220,xxx miles on the clock
. Owned by my father, my sister (who took
horrible
care of it), and then me and an unknown number of people before hand. As a family we put about 80k on it. It was bound to happen anyway. Out last night, in awe at the sound of the newly deleted intake resonator, I went out for what I would have never guessed would be my last hoon.
I haven't got around to tearing it apart to see what I actually did, but my guess is this was the original clutch on the car I believe and it had been getting pretty bad, so I think I may have done something along the lines of grenaded the flywheel and bits and pieces of that broke into the block. Idunno. I'll have to look into it more.

I put an engine in one of those Saturns once. The old engine threw a connecting rod through the block. It was pretty neat. Doesn't sound like yours was that extreme though.

Yeah, I don't think the engine was directly the problem since once I put in in neutral, it still idled fine. So I tried to put it back in 5th and it still attempted to accelerate okay, but obviously with a lot of clunking and bad noises.

Hell yeah it is and we just got back from the scene of the incident and we discovered all the oil on the ground was actually trans fluid. So thankfully the motor is fine.
